For large-scale events like the Expo in Doha, Hayya provided essential solutions to ensure seamless operations, prioritizing efficiency, security, and accessibility. Our Group Visas and Accreditation Services (GVA) played a key role in processing visa and accreditation applications for both local and international participants. With 2,334 applications from 114 nationalities, Hayya efficiently managed the visa and accreditation process for organizers, streamlining entry and ensuring smooth access for all involved in the event. Additionally, the Hayya Mobile App featured event-specific information, offering users easy access to schedules, updates, and important details, enhancing the overall event experience.

Furthermore, the Hayya Access Control System (HACS) was integral to securing the venue and managing access. HACS was used for accreditation scanning at the venue, ensuring secure entry for event staff and participants. Additionally, the Hayya Reporting System (HRS) provided real-time data and insights, optimizing operational performance and enabling efficient decision-making throughout the event. Together, these services ensured a secure, efficient, and well-coordinated experience for all involved in the Expo.
