Hayya provided essential services to facilitate the smooth entry and accreditation of event organizers, media personnel, and other participants into Qatar. The Hayya Group Visa and Accreditation Service (GVA) Portal was used to manage the entry of event organizers, offering customized visa durations for the entire event and planning period.

Additionally, the Hayya Media Portal (HMP) streamlined entry permits, film permits, and accreditation processes for media personnel, ensuring hassle-free coverage and filming. Remote support services were also provided to address any operational challenges and ensure a smooth event experience.
